FoodFlow '25 - Food Industry Professional Day will be held on November 6, 2025 at the Holiday Inn Budaörs.
The conference aims to bring together food industry stakeholders — researchers, industry experts, and corporate leaders — and present the challenges facing the sector, innovation opportunities, and sustainability and food safety aspects.
Participants will be treated to lectures, roundtable discussions and flash interviews throughout the day. The lectures focus on industry trends, sustainable production, food waste management and the role of clusters in driving innovation. The roundtables and interactive discussions provide an opportunity to expand professional networks, explore new collaboration opportunities and discuss current industry issues.
Special emphasis will be placed on digitalization and industrial automation, which are playing an increasingly important role in the food industry. The introduction of IoT sensors, data collection systems and remote monitoring solutions increases efficiency, but also poses new cybersecurity challenges. The conference is therefore relevant not only for food industry professionals, but can also provide valuable information on the secure operation of digital systems for cybersecurity experts and members of the Cybersecurity Cluster.
The professional day program is made even more exciting by flash interviews and thematic discussions, giving participants the opportunity to immediately ask questions and exchange experiences on the most current topics.
In addition, the presentation of clusters and collaborations is also an important part of the event, as joint projects, innovation initiatives and industry partnerships can significantly promote the development of the food industry.
